What UGCPing does

UGCPing helps UGC creators record usage rights, track expiry dates and get email reminders. It’s a record-keeping tool. It isn’t a party to your agreements with brands, it doesn’t collect payments from them, and it doesn’t contact them for you.

Not legal or financial advice

Guides, calculator results and renewal drafts are general starting points. Your signed agreement decides what a brand may do. Check dates and terms against it, and get professional advice when you need it.

Reminders and renewals

Reminders depend on the dates you enter and on email delivery, so we can’t guarantee that every message will arrive on time. A reminder isn’t a sign that a brand will renew or pay.

Your account and content

Keep your sign-in access secure and only enter information you’re allowed to store. Your deal data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Don’t misuse the service or try to access other people’s data.

Plans and billing

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro renews automatically each month or year at the price shown at checkout until you cancel, and payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings. Any rights you have under consumer law still apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep UGCPing running, but it’s provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost renewals, income or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. You can stop using UGCPing at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
